I had the opportunity to speak with the technician before and after performing the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and courteous.
I use the Service Department frequently. The service is always fast and friendly. John and the rest of the staff are over the top. The sales personal are quick to answer any questions and I have never felt rushed or anxious.
I had to bring my car in for service due to a rodent having chewed through the EVAP Vent Solenoid wires. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The time and cost quoted for the repair was good and actually came in a little cheaper than the quote.

The price of an oil and filter change went up $20 without any warning; this was blamed on corporate, and while I accept that as fact, it doesn't help my wallet one bit. Attempts made by the front office to explain this away only served to compound my frustration, which I proceeded to make quite obvious.
Had my car serviced here for the fourth time last week. The first three times rated five stars but I almost took it all away because of the last one.
Recently purchased a new vehicle from Lyons. Matt was our sales person. He was knowledgeable, polite, straightforward, and treated us as if we really mattered as a customer. He stayed until closing time with us to explain vehicle options and operation...not once making us feel rushed. He referred us to Ryan in finance who was also a pleasure to deal with as well. Very nice to go to a dealership and be treated fairly without a lot of back and forth "to the manager" or run around. We would certainly consider purchasing our next vehicle from Lyons -great staff . Keep up the good work!
Well, as they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. The OWNER of Lyons has extended an apology and offered to make it up to me; I consider this to be above and beyond and have restored all but one of the stars that I had taken away. That said, they're still Mr. Goodwrench, and I appreciate their attention to detail, so I recommend Lyons with one caveat: ask about price before you commit.
