Excellent staff and the providers are great...fortunate to have this clinic in a small town.
Switched providers because of issues in insurance claims since the changeover of the practice. May and June claims still not showing up and this is the end of July.
Agree with Susan. Nothing has changed almost 2 hrs since arriving and not so much as "you are next" "thank you for your patience." This is the last straw. Front staff just as rude as described. Changing pcm as I write this. Open the one in Chapel Hill back up, please!
This medical group has the LONGEST waiting period before you get taken back to see the MD, then you wait even LONGER to see the doctor and or nurse practioner, the nurses and front desk people that schedule appointments and answer the phones are very rude and always act put upon that you need them to do a job that they are getting paid to do. Getting anything refilled takes an act of congress and don't get sick because you have to wait 3 to 4 days sometimes even weeks before you can even schedule an appointment. We saw two different doctors from this group and not impressed with either one of them, they did finally reopen the Chapel Hill office and the doctor there wasn't bad but they have since closed this clinic and we are again back dealing with the staff at the Lewisburg Office. We are switching to another PCP because of the staff issues at this clinic.
