We could not be more disappointed in a florist. Called in on Wednesday 12/13/17 (before 2:00 PM) and requested deliver for the same day which we were assured would happen. By Friday 12/15/17, had not seen the charge hit our account and our friend had not acknowledge receipt of the basket. Called back to Accents by Amanda, started calling at 12:30 and got a busy signal until after 3:00 PM. Talked with someone that actually said, they had just delivered the order and they were going to have to charge us EXTRA because it was so far out! When we started to question why it wasn't delivered on Wednesday as promised, the phone was given to Amanda. We were told that since Amanda was out on Wednesday, the order was not delivered. I asked why we were not told that when we placed the order. We would have chosen another florist at that point. We will NEVER use Accents by Amanda again. I would also like to warn other of the poor service we received. We clicked one star because you are required to click at least one to post the review. We would have not clicked on any if that were an option.
