I have been misdiagnosed here twice. I went in earlier this week. Spent over an hour in the front waiting room then was called back. They took my weight, temp and blood pressure. I told the girl how much pain I was in, she said she would bring a Tylenol or something. Another hours passes, nothing. By this time Im in tears from the pain and rocking in my chair. I had to leave to go get some painkillers from my house before I was ever seen. I went to the walk in next to the square and the doctor told me that my eardrum had probably ruptured while I was sitting in the patient room over there waiting to be seen. This place truly does not care about you. They are the slowest urgent care I have ever been to. I recommend that everyone avoid them if at all possible. Your time is better spend driving somewhere out of town if you have to.
I injured my foot, so I went to this urgent care to sit for over hour and a half to be told the xray machine is broken. The girl at the front desk seen me limp more than once. 1st coming in and to get my insurance card back from her. Why wasn't there a sign or why wasn't she notifying people. How stupid can this place be. Then the doctor wanted to put me in a boot that went up to my knee. If u dont know that it's broke then why would u put me in this huge boot. I asked for a shoe instead. They couldn't find a medium. Pointless place to go for care.
Horrible place. They should be made to change there name to slow and incompetent place

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! These girls spent more time laughing and chatting with each other then taking care of my husbands needs! If we pay you, you need to spend more time taking care of your patient then gossiping with other coworkers!!! The place is called urgent care and is supposed to be fast? Nothing urgent or fast about it! They said he wasn't sick, but went to another clinic and found out he was SICK! They are very rude and we will not be going there again!
