Dr. Story and his staff are awesome!! They've always taken care of our pets. We're now fostering (to adopt) 2 senior Jack Russell terriers and we know we can count on Dr. Story to do his best for any fur baby we bring in to him. Everyone at Companion Animal Hospital is very knowledgeable and friendly and they will treat your beloved pet like their own. Companion Animal Hospital...you rock!!!

Our dog jumped out of the bed of our truck driving down the road at 5 oclock on new years day morning. No other vet would even respond to our messages needing urgent help... Accept Dr. Story at Companion Animal Hospital. He came out right away and performed surgery on my dog that very morning and saved her. They are professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced and was there for us when no others were. I highly recommend bringing your pets there for a health exam, to major surgery.

I moved back to Dyersburg Tn (approximately 4 hrs away) but I continue to use Companion Animal Hospital in Lewisburg. Yes, I make that 4 hour trip any & every time my dog needs to go to the vet. They are the Absolute Best. I wouldn't have it any other way.
