Excellent customer service and takes care of my needs
Seems as though nothing has changed with this company based on the review from 5 years ago. I logged in to leave my first ever review for a company because Rambo has driven me to this point. I don't understand at all how they are still in business. I've been waiting for MONTHS for SOMEONE to come out to my house to fix a window but they always just give me the same message that someone has been in an accident or all their workers are out at a job and will try to get to my house when they're finished. But they NEVER do. Here's an idea, SEND SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE FOR 30 MINUTES TO FIX MY WINDOW!! They have absolutely lost any kind of business I would have called them for in the future and I'm making it a point of emphasis to tell everyone I know or ever will meet to NEVER go to this company. I wouldn't even care if they were the cheapest in the State of Tennessee, I would attempt fixing anything myself before calling them again. They do literally have an excuse every single time you call them, and even the one time they said they'd get someone to my house they never showed up. Rambo is an absolute joke and I pray that no one goes through the experience of hiring this company to do something for them!!

It seems like there is always an excuse & can never have an answer to your questions when you call...Of course she always says she will call you back BUT YOU end up calling THEM. I regret in making business with Ramboo and not going with other Glass Companys that was a little bit higher on Price. I would have saved Time & Calls! Still have not recieved my Glass because they dont know when my order is coming in the TRUCK lol! So disappointing!!!
You always have to call for everything like seeing if they have an appt for you set up, confirming your appt, and checking on your order/ estimate!!
This is just about the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. If there was a choice to give them zero stars, I would. They always have an excuse for why they can't finish the job. They never show up when they say they will. There are a lot of people vying for your business. Take it to someone more deserving. The concept of customer service is completely foreign to these folks.
